U-M researchers discover therapeutic target that could help patients with pulmonary fibrosis

More than 40,000 people die each year from idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, a condition with no effective treatment.
Now, researchers at the University of Michigan have discovered a therapeutic target in mice that could lead to treatment for patients.
