My muscles relax just watching this guy work. Maybe he doesn’t have all of the scientific jargon down pat, as some people have self-righteously complained about here, but I’ll bet he gives better massage than most just because of his gentle and strong nature. (Oh, my wife likes him too.)

777 if you do the research you will realize the extensor carpi radialis brevis is the main cause of pain on the lateral epicondyle due to age!…yes age!…it’s pathological…the tendon literally tears microscopically and causes scar tissue to reform the tissue line…we do pronation and supination active self massage to cure it maam…

i am a physical therapist and have to let you know that tennis elbow is the term for irritation of the extensor muscles that originate off the LATERAL/OUTSIDE epicondyle..NOT the medial like he says. Medial epicondyle irritation is golfer’s elbow…he got it wrong. So you would want to massage the extensor muscles instead..I also don’t think he did a very good job going into detail about his message technique. Man you cannot believe everything you see…he even seems unsure of himself here
