My muscles relax just watching this guy work. Maybe he doesn’t have all of the scientific jargon down pat, as some people have self-righteously complained about here, but I’ll bet he gives better massage than most just because of his gentle and strong nature. (Oh, my wife likes him too.)

777 if you do the research you will realize the extensor carpi radialis brevis is the main cause of pain on the lateral epicondyle due to age!…yes age!…it’s pathological…the tendon literally tears microscopically and causes scar tissue to reform the tissue line…we do pronation and supination active self massage to cure it maam…

yeah in 97% of the cases in the world the extensor brevis which goes from the middle finger to the common extensor tendon in the elbow sirs..small tear take exactly a year to heal no matter what…

i am a physical …
i am a physical therapist and have to let you know that tennis elbow is the term for irritation of the extensor muscles that originate off the LATERAL/OUTSIDE epicondyle..NOT the medial like he says. Medial epicondyle irritation is golfer’s elbow…he got it wrong. So you would want to massage the extensor muscles instead..I also don’t think he did a very good job going into detail about his message technique. Man you cannot believe everything you see…he even seems unsure of himself here

I would also like to add that Deep Fascial release up the extensers along with Transverse friction around the Lateral epicondyle is a great treatment as well. What do you think?

i play tennis all the time and i get this so bad i gotta sit out matches i normally icy hot my arm down but one time i played with it and it continued to spread up my arm all the way into my shoulder and i didnt know they had a way to massage it

i cant move my …
i cant move my elbow up or down very much and im trying to regain movement for wrestling next year. my uncle said that i should take a small weight and reax my elbow so it will be pulled down by the weight and one of my coaches did it too. im wondering if theirs anything elts i can do to regain movement please respond!
