I would really appreciate if any of the law practitioners (Layers, attorneys or judges of courts or any Para legal in this field) in the area of Delhi NCR could answer my questions, if not anybody who has the knowledge of the legal implications of opening a Day wellness spa, where we want to provide Cross Massage (therapeutic massages done by opposite sex i.e. male providing to female clients and vice-a- verse) is legal, if yes do we need any kind of approval or licensing from the local authorities, and if not, then what is that which is not legal in the process of providing a wellness therapy?
I would love to get any references, like existing such Spas/facilities in Delhi or any other part of India.
