It looks to be she …
It looks to be she is working the major trigger points on the trapezius or supraspinatus. She’s confusing the clavicle for the shoulder girdle, which consists of the clavicle, acromion process, and the spine of the scapula.

actually the spine …
actually the spine of the scapula runs along the posterior surface of the scapula. It is not the top of it. She is correct about the clavicle. Look in an anatomy book. between the clavicle (front of the body) and the scapula (back of body) there are the muscle on which she is working.

lol dont you just love it when an uneductated person tries to give advice to others a subject which they know not a lot about. This subject is medically/anatomically related. If you are going to give people the wrong advice for example “Clavicle” (even though she means scapula) people could hurt themselves or others…

She’s posterior to …
She’s posterior to the clavicle and just superior to the Scapula. She’s not on the Scapular. Traps, Levator Scap and neck muscles travel through there. If you’re gonna show the ‘Clavicle’, palpate it for the viewer and show them exactly what muscles you are on and why. Teach please

She’s massaging the …
She’s massaging the muscle posterior to the clavicle and above the scapula. She simply didn’t mention she’s approaching the clavicle from the back. Besides you can’t massage a bone.
