thats why alot of MMA fighters dont really have alot of muscle.. cuz if you have alot of muscle, a kick or a punch will hurt more than if oyu do not have…

If the problem is a knot is it ok and good if you give more pressure but i think is it a torn muscle fibre or sore muscles, is a lymphatic drainage or like you said a nice smooth swedish (classical) massage better.

Sports massage …
Sports massage hurts when you have a problem or when your muscles have worked very hard. Its also best to have a nice smooth massage for recovery after competition, training or as part of a regular therapy.

That massage is way too heavy, it should be uncomfortable but not painful in the way she is delivering it. Ive been a sports therapist for 6 years and frankly it made me wince…wrong wrong wrong. Well done for making us sports therapists look stupid!!!
