low dose lithium you start to lose weight
it’s not therapeutic anymore but beneficial
right now im at 600mg
in about a week and a half i’ll be down to 300mg
will i start losing weight at 300mg or will the weight slowly come off
appetite should be down somewhat too
Yes, it does lose weight but the mass is still there, wether it turned into energy or something.
