Can you tell me where can I research these questions?

1.Provide evidence of your understanding of the significance of nonspecific effects, dose-response relationships, and time-dependent factors in drug actions. In other words, tell why it is important for individuals to understand these concepts in using drugs for therapeutic, medicinal, or "recreational" purposes.
2.Differentiate between drug disposition tolerance, behavioral tolerance, and pharmacodynamic tolerance, and provide reasons why these concepts should be taken into account when determining the effects of a drug.
3.Consider the nature of drug-drug interactions and discuss the implications for drug users as well as for society when newer drugs become increasingly more sophisticated and more widely available.
4.Provide several specific personal and societal steps you would recommend in an effort to reduce the likelihood of adverse reactions to drugs taken in combination.
well, for the recreational part, I would suggest NIDA (national institute or drug abuse), also webmd and WHO (world health organization). The big one would be NIH (national institute of health). Drugs.com (listed below) has a huge section on drugs interacting with each other.

PubMed – I use it all the time when writing evidence-based proposals. For question 1, you should research drug half-lives, and what they mean to patients. For 2, talk about things like lipitor and diflucan, etc.
Sounds like a great paper topic!
